A trajetória do empoderamento feminino no Brasil na legislação com destaque na constituição federal de 1988

Abstract

The following monograph work aims to portray the harsh path walked by women, ever since when Brasil was still a colony (1500 – 1822), up to the promulgation of nowadays Constitution, seeking out to bound the relationship between the quarrel waged by women and the advancements which result on the actual national female scenario, where women have a more respectable social condition, leaving it behind times when they were both legal and sociably submissive. The basic idea of this work is to explanate women’s history up to the Federal Constitution (1988), which was a remarkable document and, from this fact on, point out rights guaranteed by this same Constitution, also present on infraconstitutional legislations; only by doing so are we able to present the problematic confronted by women on the actual days. It is important to highlight that it is essential to discuss the theme because of the scarcity of works about this matter. By reading this work it is possible to reassure the vigor of women’s quarrel in Brazil, which finally provide to them on the XXI century no to be the victim of discriminatory social chains anymore that would deprive their opinion and freedom, bringing on both how much the female sex was neglected throughout the years, and how much had to be done so social and juridical conditions of women could achieve improvement. This work was done based on books, articles and officials documents that tell women’s tale, and it made use of a observational and comparative methodology, bringing forth a social and juridical reality that must be analysed.
