Maus-tratos à criança e ao adolescente: promoção dos direitos e garantias

Abstract

The organs that act by the “protection chain” to the child and to the teenager come building forms and methods to contribute with the warranties and right, forming directions to bring the discussions and reflections, behaviors of professionals for effectuation of the occurrences of accusation of abuse. The aim of the study was to conduct a literature review in the period 2001-2016, on the ways to guarantee rights, highlighting the ill-treatment; the concepts of "protection network" and how to trigger the organs when identified cases; and analyze the role of health services professionals. All the search processes, goods selection and evaluation were accomplished by pairs. The occurrences record process of bad-treatments at relation between authors and actions in advantage to the child's health and of the teenager, still we are with many difficulties. The health professionals also make part of understandings by the “protection chain", and these should guarantee dignity and safety, composing to the important paper final for the society. However, there is need to more studies accomplishment about the thematic, mostly to identify which are the action to promote the warranties and rights of child and of the teenager who has the identification of abuse.
