Proteção social básica para adolescentes do bairro do salgado: o papel do serviço de convivência e fortalecimento de vínculos – SCFV.

Abstract

The research entitled: “Basic Social Protection for Adolescents of the Salgado Neighborhood: The Role of the Community Service for Strengthening and Bonding - SCFV” aimed at SCFV in the social protection of adolescents from CRAS Salgado, seeking to answer how The team faces the social problems brought about by adolescents in a situation of Social Vulnerability. The general objective was to analyze the intervention of the team, together with the adolescents, to this end, held a discussion about the various situations of social vulnerability in the territory where the adolescents are inserted; It identified in the Policy the fundamentals of Social Protection actions and the actions of the SCFV and lastly analyzed the challenges faced by the SCFV team with the adolescents in the promotion of Social Protection. The research had a qualitative approach, using the semi-structured interview in order to better contribute to the reflection on the effectiveness of the activities proposed by PNAS in overcoming the situations of social vulnerability by adolescents. Regarding the research, it was able to identify that the CRAS action advocated and organized, happens and has advances and many challenges. It identified an insufficient amount of social technicians to demand the entire population of Salgado. Another impacting challenge is the fragility of network actions, which even in the face of difficulties CRAS can not operate alone among some specific situations.
