Abstract

This paper presents the results of the bibliographic research that sought to answer how the Social Worker inserted in the Socio-educational Measures nuclei of the Specialized Reference Center for Social Assistance - CREAS contributes to the process of social and educational reintegration of adolescents. in socio-educational measures. To this end, the study discussed the context in which the adolescent is inserted and its influence on the conditions of access to policies; characterized the actions of Social Protection from the perspective of the Policy of Assistance and Statute of Children and Adolescents, highlighting the work of the Social Worker and, finally, identified in the scientific production of the profession published in the annals of the meetings of ENPSS (National Meeting of Researchers of Social Service) 2010 2018, the contribution that the actions developed by the Social Worker make possible for adolescents. It is a qualitative research that uses as a methodological procedure the bibliographic research and for data analysis, the content analysis method. In this direction, the articles from ENPESS from 2010 to 2018 were selected, which present research on the topic in focus from the descriptors: Social Protection; Socio-educational Measure; Social worker The results pointed out the importance of the Social Worker's action, because his approach to the adolescent, the author of the infraction act, is established from the perspective of this as a subject of law and revealed that the Social Work professional due to his / her theoretical-critical formation. , acts in this context, understanding the process as a result of the expressions of the social question and, therefore, establishes an approach anchored in the construction of the subject's autonomy, for their social and educational reintegration.
