dc.description	O presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso tem como objeto desta pesquisa a indissociabilidade entre o ensino, pesquisa e extensão e a formação em Serviço Social, tendo a compreensão do contexto e as determinações sócio-históricas que influenciaram nas mudanças e reformulações da Política Nacional de Educação Superior no Brasil e, conseqüentemente, na oferta do ensino superior de forma geral e na formação em Serviço Social no contexto pós Constituição de 1988, em virtude do estabelecimento da educação como direito e mediante a reformulação das diretrizes curriculares para o curso de Serviço Social, como também do Código de Ética Profissional. O Serviço Social é criado nos anos de 1930 aparece atrelado a Doutrina Social da Igreja e ao Serviço Social europeu de caráter caritativo e assistencialista. Sendo destacado desde sua criação até os dias atuais da formação profissional em Serviço Social. A formação em profissional em Serviço Social na contemporaneidade tem como diretriz a Lei de Regulamentação da Profissão Lei no 8.662 (1993), o Código de Ética do Assistente Social (1993) e as Diretrizes Gerais para o Curso de Serviço Social (1996) pela Associação Brasileira de Ensino e Pesquisa em Serviço Social (ABEPSS), tendo sua construção alicerçada a partir de vários elementos que configuraram o cenário nacional no final da década de 1980. O objetivo principal deste estudo é compreender as possibilidades e limites para a consolidação do tripé ensino, pesquisa e extensão na formação em Serviço Social, a partir da experiência do Laboratório de Estudos Políticas e Práticas Sociais (LEPPS) do curso de Serviço Social da Faculdade ASCES. A pesquisa caracteriza-se como qualitativa, adotando as seguintes técnicas a pesquisa bibliográfica, análise de documentos de domínio público e restritos a Faculdade ASCES e a observação participante. Na análise de documentos foram utilizadas às normativas do Ministério da Educação (MEC) e a Associação Brasileira de Ensino e Pesquisa em Serviço Social (ABEPSS) e os relatórios do Laboratório de Estudos, Políticas e Práticas Sociais. A análise de dados foi respaldada na Análise Crítica do Discurso de Norman Fairclough. Como resultado deste trabalho, pode-se observar a criação de estratégias para o fortalecimento do tripé ensino, pesquisa e extensão, nos projetos/ações do Laboratório abordando diretamente esta temática em seus objetivos e atividades.	pt_BR
dc.description.abstract	This final course study has as object of the research the inseparability between teaching, research and extension and graduation in Social Service, having an understanding of the context and the socio-historical factors that influenced the changes and reformulations of the National Higher Education Policy in Brazil and consequently the supply of Higher Education in general and graduation in Social Service in the post 1988 Constitution, by virtue of the establishment of Education as a right and through the redesign of curriculum guidelines for the course of Social Service, as well as the Code of Professional Ethics. The Social Service was created in the 1930s appears tied with the Social Doctrine of the Church and Social Service of the European welfare and charitable character. Being detached from its creation till nowadays in the professional formation in Social Service. The professional training in Social Service in contemporary times has as its guideline, the law that regulates the profession that is the Law no 8662 (1993), the Code of Ethics for Social Assistants (1993) and the General Guidelines for the College of Social Service (1996) by the Association Brazilian Research and Education in Social Service (ABEPSS), and its composed for various elements that shaped the national scene in the end of 1980s. The main objective of this study is to understand the possibilities and limitations for the consolidation of the tripod education , research and extention in the Social Service formation, from the experience in the Laboratory of Political Studies and Social Practices (LEPPS) of the course of Social Service by Faculty ASCES. The research is characterized as qualitative, adopting the next techniques for research: a literature review, analysis of public domain and restricted documents of Faculty ASCES and participant observation. The document analysis were the regulations of the Ministry of Education (MEC) and the Brazilian Association of Education and Research in Social Work (ABEPSS) and reports of laboratory studies, Policies and Social Practices. The data analysis was supported in Critical Discourse Analysis by Norman Fairclough. As a result of this work, one can observe the creation of strategies to strengthen the tripod teaching, research and extension in the projects / actions of the Laboratory direct addressing this issue in its goals and activities.	pt_BR
